SLIC Jobs 2023 | State Life Insurance Company is seeking highly motivated and experienced Security Officers to join our team.
The Security Officers will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of State Life Insurance Company’s personnel, assets, and property.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement security policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of personnel, assets, and property
- Conduct regular security assessments and identify potential vulnerabilities and threats
- Monitor and respond to security incidents and emergencies
- Coordinate with law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders as needed
- Conduct security awareness and training programs for employees
- Maintain accurate records of security incidents and provide regular reports to management
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a security-related field, preferably in a corporate environment
- Good knowledge of security protocols and procedures
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Physical fitness and the ability to work long hours, including nights and weekends
- Security clearance from local law enforcement agencies
Selection Criteria:
- The shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview
- The interview panel will evaluate the candidates’ suitability for the position, including their organizational and interpersonal skills
