SPHF Jobs 2023 | Sindh Peoples Housing for Flood is seeking a highly skilled and experienced consultant to provide technical assistance and support for our housing project.
The consultant will be responsible for providing expert advice on housing design, construction, and project management. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of housing issues in flood-prone areas and will be able to provide innovative solutions to address these challenges.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical assistance and support for the housing project, including design, construction, and project management
- Develop and implement innovative solutions to address housing challenges in flood-prone areas
- Conduct research and analysis to inform project decisions and identify best practices
- Work closely with project stakeholders to ensure project goals and objectives are met
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate project progress and outcomes
- Ensure project activities are carried out in accordance with project plans and budgets
- Manage relationships with project partners, contractors, and consultants
- Provide training and capacity building support to project staff as needed
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Urban Planning, or a related field
- Minimum of 03 years of experience in housing design, construction, and project management
- Strong knowledge of housing issues in flood-prone areas
- Experience in developing and implementing innovative solutions to address housing challenges
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
