The company is seeking highly qualified and experienced individuals to fill its management vacancies. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies, procedures, and strategies for the efficient and effective operation of the BRT system.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the BRT system, including the operations, maintenance, and security.
- Manage and supervise the work of the staff and contractors.
- Prepare and manage the budget and financial resources of the BRT system.
- Collaborate with government agencies, stakeholders, and the public to ensure the success of the BRT system.
- Conduct research and analysis to inform decision-making processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and safety standards.
- Develop and implement plans for the expansion and improvement of the BRT system.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in management, engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in management, operations, or engineering in the transportation industry.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in computer applications and software.
