Wafaqi Mohtasib Jobs 2023 | Provincial Ombudsman Mohtasib is seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Management Staff.

As a member of the Management Staff, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the administrative and operational functions of the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient operation of the organization
• Manage and supervise staff members in various departments
• Prepare and monitor budgets, financial reports, and other management reports
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of services provided to the public
• Coordinate with other government agencies and organizations as required
• Provide support and advice to the Provincial Ombudsman

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in a management or leadership role
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of government policies and regulations is preferred
