Pizza Hut Jobs 2023 | Pizza Hut is a well-known pizza restaurant chain with multiple locations across Pakistan. We are currently seeking a Guest Relation Officer to join our team and provide exceptional customer service to our valued guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant, and assist them in finding their seats.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
- Manage reservations and waitlists, and coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operation.
- Monitor the restaurant’s ambiance and cleanliness, and ensure that guests are comfortable and satisfied.
- Provide suggestions and recommendations to guests regarding menu items and promotions.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and tools.
