Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant, and assist them in finding their seats.
• Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints, and ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Manage reservations and waitlists, and coordinate with the restaurant team to ensure smooth operation.
• Monitor the restaurant’s ambiance and cleanliness, and ensure that guests are comfortable and satisfied.
• Provide suggestions and recommendations to guests regarding menu items and promotions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the restaurant manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in the food service industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in using restaurant management software and tools.
